Connor wanted Nanna to draw a cross today, which he then colored. He told her that he wanted the cross to be a tree, because the cross was a tree. Then he wanted apples on hanging on the tree, but really wanted them on the cross so people could reach them. He also “made it pretty with flowers, with the beautiful sunshine and white fluffy clouds.”
